About the Program
iManageVolunteers LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, operates a SMS messaging platform that enables schools and volunteer organizations to communicate with their volunteer families.
iManageVolunteers does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. iMV does not message volunteers directly about iMV's business, products, or services. All SMS messages sent through this program originate from the school or volunteer organization that the user is associated with — administrators, coordinators, and auction systems operated by the user's school.
What Messages You'll Receive
Users who opt in may receive the following types of SMS messages from their school or volunteer organization:
- Volunteer event announcements from school administrators or coordinators (e.g., upcoming volunteer opportunities, schedule changes)
- Volunteer shift reminders for events the user has signed up for
- Urgent volunteer needs when coordinators require additional help
- Auction outbid notifications when participating in a school fundraising auction
- Auction winner notifications when a user wins an auction item
- Other communications related to school volunteer activities and events organized through the iManageVolunteers platform
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the school or organizations the user is involved with, the number of children enrolled in the user's family, the number of organizations or activities the user volunteers for, each school's individual messaging policies and practices, and whether the user is participating in a fundraising auction.
iManageVolunteers does not control how often schools send messages through the platform. Active volunteers in multi-organization families may receive more messages than volunteers in single-organization families.
How to Opt In
Opting into SMS messages requires:
1. Adding a valid US mobile phone number to your iManageVolunteers account profile (Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts)
2. Enabling the "Receive SMS alerts" toggle on the same screen
The default state for all new accounts is opted-OUT. SMS messages are not sent until both steps are completed.
How to Opt Out
Users can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
• Replying STOP to any message received through the program
• Visiting Settings → Notifications and disabling the "Receive SMS alerts" toggle
After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent through the iManageVolunteers platform unless the user re-opts in.

Rates and Carriers
Msg & data rates may apply. Neither iManageVolunteers nor the sending school or organization charges for SMS messages, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
iManageVolunteers does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose user phone numbers or message content to third parties for marketing purposes. iManageVolunteers does not use phone numbers to market its own products or services to users. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the program messages described above on behalf of the user's school or volunteer organization.
