Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the iManageVolunteers platform ("iMV", "we", "us"), operated by iManageVolunteers LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

Eligibility

The iManageVolunteers platform is intended for use by adults aged 18 or older, or by legal guardians of minors enrolled at a participating school or organization. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We do not knowingly accept account registrations from individuals under the age of 13. See our Privacy Policy for our handling of information from minors.

Account Registration

To use most platform features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and to keep that information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Permitted Use

You may use iManageVolunteers solely for the purpose of coordinating, participating in, or supporting volunteer activities at the school or organization with which you are affiliated.

You may not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data via automated means
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute platform access
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform (messages, hour logs, profile information, etc.). By submitting content, you grant iManageVolunteers a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform on behalf of your school or organization.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You represent that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

School and Organization Relationships

iManageVolunteers operates as a service provider to schools and volunteer organizations. Your school or organization is the controller of certain information about you and may have its own policies about how that information is used. iMV processes information on behalf of your school in accordance with our agreements with them.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to authentication, hosting, messaging, and AI providers). Your use of those services through iMV is also subject to their respective terms. iMV is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." iManageVolunteers makes no warranties, express or implied, about the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iManageVolunteers LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that disrupt the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@imanagevolunteers.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders. The "Last updated" date below indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.
